I have noticed that I enjoy working out and am more confident in myself. I am no longer scared to work out and box in front of people at the gym as I have learned how to do proper workouts, especially with the videos on the app.
My experience with Andres and Prime Fitness has honestly been one of the best programs I have done. I had personal trainers before, but Andres is by far the best I had worked with.
The knowledge and the nutrition plan I received are custom to me and I can tell he really puts in the time and effort. I love seeing the results and how quickly my body is changing.
The App is an awesome feature to have. I need to hold myself more accountable for my check-ins but I love seeing the weekly results after a month goes by.I have noticed an urge to get out of bed and be more active and eat cleaner. My confidence level has gone up and I’m excited to see myself fit in clothes I haven’t been able to wear for years.Yes, I actually recommend him to everyone I know that is looking for a trainer!

Andres is not only my personal trainer, but he is an amazing motivator and a positive influence in my life. He provides mental wellness to me via his training sessions. I have been training with Andres for about 3.5 years and I have seen fantastic transformation in my energy and my appearance. It is the best investment I could have made for myself.Ive always worked out just to keep fit and I've had a few trainers in my life but before Andres I never really saw results. I am almost 50 and I see huge results! People, coworkers, friends, and family even notice and the best of all i see the results. He listens to what my goals are and he pushes me not to just achieve them but to look and feel better than I thought I could. He even was able to tweak my diet to help me lose 7 lbs I wanted to lose. I can't say enough about his skills.

Definitely weight and body shape.
It has been a very simple process from the very beginning. The overall support, accountability and check-ins has been awesome. As for the App, it's been helpful to maintain my workout routines and my meal plans in check. I've been extremely fortunate to be under your wing during this process. It may not have been this easy without your knowledge and guidance.
Accountability! There's no way I would be as dedicated without a trainer. I get the guidance on workout routines structured to my goals and capabilities; the fitness app helps with meal plans, tracking my progress, and videos for each exercise routine, which I find very helpful. Having trainer makes the process easier and you are guaranteed results, if you put in the effort.

YES!! He's dedicated, motivating, supportive, encouraging, well educated and passionate about his job as a trainer which portrays back to his clients. I've had the best experience so far and have seen amazing results. Could have not done it without Andres! Thank you so much!!

"What has changed since training with Andres"
The main change about me since starting training has been my eating habits. I enjoy the meals provided which always end up being delicious. Also, being able to find snacks that will keep me on track.My overall experience has been great. I love that every time we meet I am being pushed to be better. Since the first session I am so proud of myself that for that hour I give it my all. I enjoy that every session I am learning something new and enjoy the customize session for me at home.The benefits is that I am being held accountable. Accountability is something that I had struggled before so even if did not feel like working out for the day I have that sense of accountability because it needs to be checked out my todo list for the day. It has motivated me a lot more since joining.

“Andres is an excellent personal trainer. He is very dedicated and has a passion for fitness. He always challenged me to do a little more each session and I did exercises that I thought I couldn’t do, but he had faith in me that I could do them. I also set goals and accomplished them them with his guidance and he showed me how to stay on track after the training sessions had come to an end. We had a love hate relationship, I hated the tough workouts, but I loved the way my body looked and how I felt! I had a great experience training with Andres and I highly recommend him!”

“Prior to workingout with Andres I have struggled with heel pain (plantar fasciitis). This prevented me from performing any high impact exercise during workouts, which ultimately stopped me from going to the gym for a while. I have been working out with Andres for quite some time now and have appreciated all the low impact, high intensity interval workouts he has me participate in, the boxing really gets my heart rate up and love the fact I get a really strong cardio workout without the impact of running on the treadmill. He is really easy to talk to, super friendly and listens to your needs. As such he tailors your workouts and nutrition plan based on your goals.
