Burpees: 4 sets: 30 seconds: 15 seconds rest

Mountain Climbers: 4 sets: 30 seconds: 15 seconds rest

Push-ups: 3 sets: 20 seconds: 10 seconds rest

Shoe Shine: 4 sets: 30 seconds: 15 seconds rest

Battle Rope Waves (In Gym): 4 sets: 30 seconds: 15 seconds rest

Battle Rope Slams (In Gym): 4 sets: 30 seconds: 15 seconds rest

Plank: 3 sets: 1:00 ea: 20 seconds rest
