Sunday Check-In Ep. 6

Welcome to this weeks Sunday check-in! This week we have a written check-in to provide you with fitness, nutrition, and motivation tips to keep you seeing immediate results. I hope you're having a great weekend! Let's start this week strong and stay productive.

Fitness: On the fitness subject this week I would like to advise supersets! Supersets mean choosing two exercises and completing them set by set back and forth. For example let's take squats and bicep curls. Start your first set of squats and immediately after your first set begin your first set in bicep curls. After finishing your first set of bicep curls then start your second set of each exercise with no breaks until all sets of each have be completed. This is a great way to keep your heart rate up and burn your fat in as little amount of time as possible.

Nutrition: Add veggies to your diet. Veggies are needed for their vitamins and helping keep you full and healthy. I like to sneak my vegetables in by blending them into my smoothie. Have veggies as a side of your lunch and dinners. A great supplement would be to use a daily vegetable supplement that will grant you all the beneficial vegetable nutrients at one daily. Motivation: Write your goals weekly. Remind yourself weekly even daily about why you do what you do or what you wish to accomplish. This will keep your goals and best interests as a priority daily. This will help map out the tasks needed to accomplish your goals and become closer daily and weekly to achieving it. I write my goal of losing another 5 lbs weekly so daily I remind myself that each meal must be in line with helping me reach that goal. I remind myself I need to do my workouts to help me get closer to my goal. What are your goals?
