Mango 🥭 Smoothie

This diet has me looking for new ways to feel full and satisfy sweet cravings. As a boxer and trainer I try to minimize sugar intake. Fruit has lots of sugar, yet if you are eating healthy and hopefully exercising then you can afford this smoothie. Try it out 👍🏼

Mango Smoothie:

1. 8-10 pieces of frozen mango 🥭

2. 2 handfuls of spinach

3. 1 cup of water

4. 1/2 cup of almond milk 🥛

5. 2 Splenda packets

6. 2-3 Tbsp of chia seeds

7. 2-3 Tbsp of Hemp seeds

This smoothie is enough to keep your stomach full and stay low in calories. If you exercise and lift weights, then you will burn 3-4x more than this smoothie. Enjoy your smoothie and happy Friday!
