Holiday Binging Tips

Dont let the holidays ruin your hard earned results from the rest of the year. You work hard and then try your best to restrict yourself around the holiday times. We workout to make room for holiday calories to keep our sanity and stay on track. One day with a few drinks, some carbs, and some sweets won't ruin a week or months work of dedication. Fitness is a lifestyle and I want all my clients to enjoy the holidays without stress and guilt. We will burn it off in the next 1-2 workouts and be right back on track. Work hard and play hard.
