Why starve yourself ? The goal is to lose body fat, keep muscle, and be healthy. The goal isn’t to starve ourselves to insanity. How do we lose weight while eating a lot? Choose foods with low calories! A whole bowl of broccoli could be about 20 calories. Fill your stomach with tasty vegetables to feel full and not deal with growling tummy.
