The Bulking Smoothie is here!!! Many of you want to gain muscle wether it's on your arms, booty, chest, or legs. This smoothie has been designed to keep the fat content low, and the muscle gain high! Where it goes is up to you by using the correct workout program and timing.
Here is what you'll need:
1 cup of 2% milk (almond milk if Lactose intolerant)
1 Scoop of Protein powder (your choice of brand and flavor) (Feel free to contact me for protein recommendations for your goals and body type)
1 cup of oatmeal
2 Handfuls of spinach
1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
1 Cup of frozen berries
