Breakfast Smoothie to keep Muscle and lose Fat!

I did it! I created a smoothie that tastes great, is low in sugar, high in protein (to keep/tone muscles), and keeps you full. I am cutting weight for boxing but don't want to lose any of my hard earned muscle. So I designed this smoothie to have the muscle building blocks without all the sugar and calories average smoothies have that put on fat. My smoothie is low in calories and helps keep you full which is a great way to start your day. Here is what you need:



1. Ninja Blender (Any blender with ice crushing power)

2. Oatmeal (1/2 cup)

3. Spinach (two handfuls)

4. Frozen Berries Mix (1/2 cup)

5. Almond Milk

6. Protein Powder (1 scoop)


Try it out and let me know what you think! It keeps me full and helps me lose weight over the course of a week (With proper diet and exercise)! I have kept all my muscle and look leaner and leaner every day!


Bonus Tip: Before drinking your smoothie, wake up with a glass of water and a spoonful of Metamucil Fiber in it to amplify the "full" feeling. Enjoy!
