Bananas Covering Your Abs!


If you want abs then stop eating bananas! I know many of my new clients and many of you are eating bananas with the mistaken belief that bananas are healthy and will help them lose weight. Wrong.


"But Andres bananas are a fruit which is healthy and it has potassium." It is true that a banana has potassium, and that it is a fruit, but it is not healthy. One banana on average is 150 calories and has about 18-20 grams of sugar. "But Andres fruit has natural sugar that is healthy." Wrong. Doctor Jason Fung, author of "The Complete Guide to Fasting" states that "all fruit is mother natures candy." Sugar is sugar and breakdowns in your system and turns into fat.

To get abs or a six pack you need to be in a caloric deficit and eating "healthy." This is harder to do when you add one banana (150 calories) in your diet and have add more sugar to breakdown onto of your abdominals. Without the banana in your weigh your body can breakdown more fat than sugar. Sorry to burst your bubble. Get those summer abs ready! Have a great productive week!
