Do Whatever You Want


Do whatever you want. Take this sentence and apply it to your life. Many people don't do what they want, as weird as that sounds. They do whatever other people want. People feel limited by those around them. "Don't say this." "Don't do that." "Thats the wrong choice." These are sentences that many people live by. You may think you're not one of these people, and you may not be, but maybe deep down you know you limit yourself.

In fitness you can apply this to a flexible diet/workout program. You set you're goals and create a plan to achieve them. You can make the choice to wake up early for the gym, and to buy healthy foods. Make the choice to give in to cravings, but be happy with the consequences that follow. Or be happy with the choice to skip dessert for your body to look closer to the way you dream.

Break free from those verbal chains. Make choices that make you happy. Make choices as if you were the only person on earth. Be happy with your decisions and consequences. People that like you for you will respect any decisions you've made.

Be happy and don't let others tell you what choices you must make. Friends can give advice, but you make the choice that makes you happiest. True friends would support you either way and not bring you down. People who like you for who you are will like you for the honest decisions you make.
