Hey prime people! I hope today you’re one step closer to becoming in your Prime emotionally, physically, and mentally.

You don’t need equipment to get the tone and tight core of your dreams! All you need is a spot on the floor to break a sweat.

[If you are a member of my boot camp class at CA Ripped Fitness Gym this workout is a substitute for the Thursday night class. Thursday, June 21st, I am cancelling 8 pm class.]

Core and Cardio

Jog in place: 1:00

High knees: 1:00

Standing Jack Knives: 1:00

Standing Crunches: 1:00

Standing Crunch Twists: 1:00

Burpees: 1:00

Jump Rope: 1:00

Jumping Jacks: 1:00

(repeat all twice)

Now lay on the mat

Crunches; 1:00

Hold a crunch: 1:00

Side heel touches: 1:00

Lying Leg Raises: 1:00

Hold Legs up and out: 1:00

Scissor Kicks: 1:00

Lying Leg Raises: 1:00

sit ups w/ 1,2 punch: 1:00

Mountain Climbers: 1:00

Plank to push up position: 1:00

Hold Plank (push up position): 1:00

Hold Plank (elbow position): 1:00

Mountain climber twists: 1:00
