When I am cutting and add cardio into my program, I choose to pick up the gloves and hit the bags. BOXING is my favorite form of cardio. It uses plenty of muscles to burn calories and fat at a quicker rate than machines. Boxing builds my shoulders, traps, forearms, and sculpts my obliques and abs. I schedule my cardio to boxing 2-3 times a week post weight training. Boxing helps my endurance, breathing, and agility.
